MADE TO ORDER TERMS OF SALE

Every Mobilya chair is made to order to your exact specification. Production begins immediately upon purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or returned after placement.

Custom Orders
Each chair is built to your chosen fabric, color, and configuration. Because production begins upon receipt of your order, we are unable to accommodate changes once an order is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your chair arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.

Delivery
Estimated delivery is 15 weeks from order placement. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on upholstery selection and shipping conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.

White-Glove Delivery
All chairs are delivered by white-glove specialists. Delivery includes in-home placement and packaging removal. Delivery rates vary by location — $299 for metropolitan areas, $399 for extended delivery areas.

Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout. No chair enters production until payment is confirmed.
